Who are we?

Hello, my name is Dan and I am the founder of Peak Property Ventures. I have enjoyed calling NC home for 13 years, and I am honored to be a trusted land partner here in the Old North State. My desire is to serve others in a manner that is respectful and beneficial to all parties. I take great pride in doing what I say I am going to do, when I say I am going to do it. Lastly I am drawn to working in land, because I feel a special pull to steward land. Stewardship to me means acknowleging the land was here before me and will be here after me, therefore my aim is not to be short sighted, but mindful in how to use this resource well. I look forward to connecting with you and becoming your trusted land partner.
